CYGAM ENERGY INC. ANNOUNCES FILING OF FIRST QUARTER FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND MD&A
CYGAM ENERGY INC. (TSX Venture Exchange: CYG)
Calgary, Alberta, May 27, 2009 – Cygam Energy Inc. (Cygam) has filed the interim consolidated financial statements for the three months ended March 31, 2009, the management discussion and analysis (MD&A) and additional information required to be filed pursuant to the requirements of the Canadian Securities Administrators.
Cygam Energy Inc. is a Calgary based exploration company with producing oil and gas properties in Canada and extensive international exploration concessions. The main focus of the Corporation is the acquisition, exploration and development of international oil and gas permits, primarily in Italy, Tunisia and the Mediterranean basin. Cygam currently holds various interests in six exploratory concessions in Italy and four exploratory concessions in Tunisia encompassing approximately 3.5 million gross acres (approximately 1.8 million net acres).
