CYGAM ENERGY INC. (TSX Venture Exchange: CYG)
Calgary, Alberta, February 6, 2006. It is with regret, that the Corporation announces that its President and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Fabrizio Rigo, has passed away. Dr. Rigo was also a director of the Corporation. The family members of Dr. Rigo represent the controlling shareholder of the Corporation and the four remaining directors are based in Canada. The Board of Directors has appointed Dario Sodero as the interim President and Chief Executive Officer.
